Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms describe the use of the Epic Loot Labs website and the general basis on which we provide design and development services. A project begins only when its scope and commercial terms have been agreed in writing. If a signed project agreement differs from this page, that agreement takes priority for the project.

2. Our services

We provide website design and development, mobile app design and development, and related digital product services. Deliverables, milestones, supported platforms, technical requirements, and any ongoing support are defined in your proposal or project agreement. A service mentioned on this website is not automatically included in every project.

3. Project scope and changes

Before work starts, we agree on what will be delivered and how the work will be reviewed. New features, additional pages, integrations, or changes to an approved direction may affect the price and timeline. We will discuss those changes with you and obtain agreement before carrying out additional work.

4. Timelines and client materials

Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and on receiving the content, access, approvals, and feedback needed to proceed. Please provide accurate information and materials you have permission to use. If requirements change or essential information is delayed, we will discuss a revised schedule.

5. Fees and payment

Pricing, currency, deposits, payment milestones, taxes, and due dates are set out in the written proposal or agreement. Hosting, domains, software licences, platform fees, and other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated. Any recurring support arrangement must be agreed separately.

6. Reviews and revisions

Your project agreement defines review stages, acceptance criteria, and the revisions included in the scope. Feedback should be clear and consolidated where possible. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement on cost and timing.

7. Pausing, cancellation, and refunds

Please contact us promptly if you need to pause or cancel a project. The treatment of work already completed, committed expenses, remaining payments, and any refund is governed by your project agreement and applicable law. Any changes to these arrangements must be agreed in writing.

8. Ownership and licences

Ownership and usage rights for the final deliverables are set out in the project agreement, including any payment conditions. Client-supplied materials remain the client’s property. Third-party software, fonts, images, frameworks, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences. Pre-existing tools and reusable components are not transferred unless expressly agreed.

9. Confidentiality and project access

We use information and account access supplied for a project to carry out the agreed work. Each party should protect confidential information received from the other and share it only as needed for the project or as required by law. Any portfolio use of confidential work should be addressed in the project agreement.

10. Third-party platforms and launch

Websites and apps may rely on hosting providers, payment services, app stores, APIs, and other external platforms. Those services have their own terms and may change independently of us. App store approval, third-party availability, and external platform decisions are outside our control. Launch responsibilities and post-launch support are specified in your agreement.

11. Responsible use of this website

You must not use this website for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or misuse another person’s content or information. Our branding and original website materials may not be reproduced in a way that infringes the rights of Epic Loot Labs or other rights holders.

12. Performance and responsibility

We do not promise a particular level of revenue, traffic, conversion, or business growth. Project warranties, remedies, and any limits of liability must be set out in the project agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Contact information and booking

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss the potential project. Scheduling through the embedded Cal.com calendar is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy information. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information through a booking form.

14. Updates and disagreements

We may update this page as our services change. Changes do not automatically amend an existing signed project agreement. If an issue arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it directly. Any governing law or dispute process specified in your project agreement applies, subject to mandatory legal rights.
